VINEYARD AND WINEMAKING NOTES

2015 can be summed up as the 3rd great vintage in a row. Long hot days provided a great platform in which 2015 wines will be remembered.

This wine was made using a combination of tank and barrel ferments coupled with a range of yeast strains including wild fermentation for added complexity. This wine was fermented at low temperatures for a period of 2 months. Barrel portions were stirred weekly to add palate weight and aged in barrel for 9 months
