In summary Hawke’s Bay 2015 was a 3rd exceptional vintage in a row. Long hot days provided a great platform in which 2015 wines will be remembered.
Hand harvested, whole bunch pressed, and wild fermented in French Oak barrels for 15 months. A selection of our finest barrels was blended displaying a rich structured wine capturing our unique soil expression from the Esk Valley.

Eye: Soft golden
Nose: Hazelnut and cream.
Taste : Luscious flavours of apricot, and stonefruit with a persistent backbone of citrus fruit.
