Hand harvested, whole bunch pressed, this Chardonnay is a very rich textured wine of complexity typical of a wild ferment
Aged for 15 months in a mix of old and new oak.
Eye: Pale gold
Nose: Tropical with hints of Vanilla and Pineapple.
Taste: Soft structured oak sprawling across the palate, providing texture and mouth feel. Subtle butter flavour with hints of peach and nectarine.
Well rounded, well balanced and mouth filling.

Try with light meat dishes or a mushroom risotto.
Enjoy now chilled or cellar with care up to 5 - 8 years.
